"The most deranged and damaging version of the story will prevail"
That's the money shot right there. This has gone on for far too long and provably involves too many elites from across the world. Only a matter this sinister could invoke such a mutual shroud of secrecy. I believe the author is correct that if/when the whole story is known (if ever), the earth will jump slightly on its axis.
I do not believe it likely though that Trump is entangled in this web. He has a well-known playboy past and seemed to have little difficulty getting all the women he wanted. It's the megalomaniac geeks like Gates who, to me, are most suspect.
Also, there are few people alive today who are more reviled by the elites than Trump. If there were any Epstein compromises to be exposed, someone would surely have pulled that pin by now.
I don’t think Trump is meaningfully implicated though I can imagine that the “files” are suggestive that he is implicated and suggestive that his involvement is somehow damaging to him reputationally. But I also think this can simply be explained.
Fully agree. However, the fact that the usually locked-into-the-signal Trump is seemingly so tone-deaf regarding his base as to risk squandering the enormous amounts of good will and energy that got him this historic opportunity does not inspire confidence.
There is a chance here for him to emerge triumphant, even more so if he's deviously implicated by hostile forces, through an act of supreme transparency and honesty that one would expect he'd be able to fully capitalize on as he's done so many times before. Let us hope that this is the route he takes. Telling his base to shove it is not going to end well for anyone..
Trump's tack baffles me as well. As I wrote above I don't believe it likely he would have been part of Epstein's Freak-offs, though there is the possibility that someone close to him or in his administration could be identified.
That, or some seriously powerful people who would be implicated have some other form of leverage over Trump, thereby giving them the juice to force him to shut it down.
Either way, both his handling of and communication about is disturbing. And dangerous.
Pre-election, the going story was that Trump and Epstein used to be buddies but Trump kicked him to the curb at some point...maybe because he found out about certain activities or maybe for petty reasons. Anyways, if they used to be buddies then he might be in the "files" but it doesn't really mean anything, but it would be humiliating. Or alternatively he went for underaged girls, who can say
There seem to be a lot of people in the dissident right who are pushing back against Trump supporters with ridicule all because they think an Epstein list should be released. Trump never explicitly ran on releasing a list, but he ran on a fairly populist agenda and I think it’s stupid for so many on the right (and for Trump tbh) to turn around and be shocked the people who voted for a populist are taking a populist position.
Not saying there’s a right move to make here, but I think there is a wrong one and I think Trump is making it.
Releasing a heavily redacted version will just fuel more speculation, releasing the unredacted version will fuel more speculation and tie the Trump administration up in lawsuits forever. Trump rightly put a premium on loyalty with his new administration, unfortunately this has meant a few incompetents made it in to positions for which they are highly unqualified. Both Bongino and Bondi made hay out of the Epstein case and should be given a buyout and shown the door. The people making hay out of Epstein now, most notably Tucker Carlson, should be marked as disloyal and left to wither. The rest of the base will have to learn to be at least a little more intelligent and chimp out only on issues that actually matter, like amnesty.
Congrats to the Powers That Be for successfully turning the biggest scandal of the century (so far) into a nothingburger that is now worthless whether it is released or not or is even real. Nobody who is speaking seems to actually know Anything, and those who might are no longer credible for the tub has been filled to the brim with bullshit. And it's a real shame because we actually believed for a brief moment that the immoral, decadent Elites would, just this once, bleed their own precious blood.
As horrid as this story is, its breaking through. Here’s an update and more reasons to keep REPOSTING all the Trump/Epstein stories, cartoons, memes and rants that cross your feed. Keep it up folks!

The second note seems to be a bunch of words that just mean “trust the plan.”
Q grew up and put on a suit and tie

Takes one to know one
Agreed
I agree, this scandal isn't going to kill itself. (Just like...)

The Epstein coverage is, in fact, 100% noise.

We are fools.
